Our downtown events wouldn’t be possible without the support of sponsors and volunteers. The buttons below will take you to our Sponsor Opportunities Page and Volunteer Opportunities Page. On the Volunteer Page, you’ll find a link to a General Volunteer Interest Form—fill this out to be contacted about specific events or programs you’d like to be involved with. The Annual Volunteer Celebration will also take place in early March, providing a great opportunity to preview volunteer opportunities for the year ahead.

Hosting an Event Downtown! Let Us Know!

Are you planning an event in Downtown Iron Mountain? We want to help spread the word! Use our Event Submission Form to share your upcoming event details, and we can feature it on Downtown Iron Mountain community promotions via social media and/or our website.

Submissions will be included in a monthly roundup of downtown happenings, or more frequently if multiple events of the same type occur, helping your event reach a wider audience. For example, in February, we’d love to hear about any Ski Jumps or Valentine’s Day events your business or organization is hosting.

New Summer Kickoff Event Coming in 2026!

We’re excited to share that planning is underway for a new Downtown Iron Mountain Summer Kickoff event, designed to be fun for kids and adults alike. This new celebration will take place on June 20, one of the longest summer nights of the year—so be sure to save the date and plan to spend the day downtown.

This new Summer Kickoff event will take the place of Brew Fest, which has been a longtime part of Downtown Iron Mountain’s event lineup. We thank the vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and community members who supported Brew Fest over the years. This change reflects a thoughtful evolution of our downtown programming as we look ahead to new ways to bring the community together.

The Iron Mountain Downtown Development Authority (DDA) plans and conducts three major festivals and a series of smaller events every year in Downtown Iron Mountain. In total, these festivals and events bring activity to the Downtown area on 35 dates each year. These are in addition to numerous other events conducted by various local organizations downtown every year.
