Farmers & Artisans Market Goes Through October 11

The Downtown Farmers & Artisans Market (FAM) attracts between 35 and 40 vendors on good weather days. This time of year, there is an abundance fresh produce, as well as fresh eggs, honey, maple syrup, and other farm-fresh, bakery, and homemade food items. Otherwise, you can always find a big variety of local handmade arts and crafts. Check out the website for a complete listing of vendors for 2025. The FAM happens every Saturday morning through October 11 at the corner of A Street and Iron Mountain Street, across from the Dickinson County Library.

Pumpkin Walk Returns on Saturday, October 25

The annual Downtown Iron Mountain Pumpkin Walk is a spooktacular celebration filled with fall fun for the entire family! Girls Night Out Scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 13

Girls Night Out returns to Downtown Iron Mountain on Thursday, November 13th, from 5 - 9:30 PM for a full night of shopping, dining, and socializing! Downtown businesses will have exclusive deals and giveaways that only happen once a year! The official Girls Night Out After Party will be hosted at Sol Blu from 7:00 to 9:30 PM, with live music by Melanie Rose. Downtown Flowers Are Here Through September

The Downtown Flowers have had a great summer, with plenty of rain, sunshine, and warm weather to help them grow big and strong. Even though we get some colder weather in the early autumn, they usually do quite well through September. After Oktoberfest every year around October 1, DDA staff and a group of awesome volunteers get together to empty the hanging baskets, sidewalk planters, and pocket gardens and get them ready for next summer. We’re always looking for people to get involved, so if you would like to join us on September 28 for cleanup activities, please contact Tim or Katherine at the DDA - (906) 774-8534.

The Iron Mountain Downtown Development Authority (DDA) plans and conducts three major festivals and a series of smaller events every year in Downtown Iron Mountain. In total, these festivals and events bring some sort of activity to the Downtown area on 35 dates of every year. These are in addition to numerous other events conducted by various local organizations downtown every year.
