Halloween Fun at the 2025 Pumpkin Walk Trunk & Treat !

trunk and treat downtown iron mountain miFrost is on the pumpkins around Iron Mountain, which means Halloween is just a few weeks away. The DDA is preparing for the 4th Annual Downtown Iron Mountain Pumpkin Walk Trunk & Treat at the end of October. Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 25th, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Bring the kids downtown to the corner of A Street and Iron Mountain Street, across from the Dickinson County Library, for some Halloween fun.

Activities for this year include:

  • Trunk & Treat from 12 – 3 PM
  • Costume Contests for kids, adults, and teams starting at 1 PM
  • Trunk Decorating Contest: Voting for the 1st and 2nd place winners will take place at the event on October 25th.
  • Ghoulie Glowing Golfing at the Dickinson County Library Main Branch from noon to 3:00 pm
  • New this year: FREE face painting by D’s Creative Faces
  • Sugar Jets Food Trunk on Site
  • Window Decorating Contest: Entry signup is open now on this website. Voting is open from October 25th to October 30th on the website or in-store, with 1st and 2nd place winners receiving DDA mini-grants. Winners will be announced on Halloween.

The Iron Mountain Downtown Development Authority (DDA) was established in 1978 with the purpose of improving and maintaining infrastructure, buildings, and public spaces within the Downtown District. Current DDA functions also include downtown beautification through gardens and public art, organizing and conducting community events, attracting and promoting businesses, and planning for continuing improvements to the Iron Mountain downtown area.
